Happy Hump Day! Try this strength-building routine for your next workout… IMG950335-1024x1024 7 curls at midway and down; 7 curls at top to middle; 7 all the way up and down. That’s 21 altogether:
  • Pike pushups
  • Burpees
  • Hammer curls
  • 21‘s
  • Incline curls
  • Pike pushups
  • Burpess
  • EZ Bar curls
  • Preacher curls
  • 21‘s
Repeat 3 times, 12-20 reps each. Aim for failure on all sets.
