Hammer curls: Shefit™ #WorkoutWednesday

Add these hammer curls (I’m in position 1; my friend Heather is in position 2) to your next gym routine. Do each circuit, four sets through, before moving onto the next, then do the same. shefit-workoutwednesday-hammer-curls-225x300

 

  • Hammer curls (as shown)
  • Seated dumbell curls
  • Preacher curls (at the same time not one arm at a time)
  • Plyo: two knee tucks with two fast push-ups (that’s one rep); do six
When this circuit is completed 4x move on to tris:
  • Rope pull-downs
  • Dumbbell kickbacks
  • Skull crushers
  • Plyo: triangle push-ups
