Add these hammer curls (I’m in position 1; my friend Heather is in position 2) to your next gym routine. Do each circuit, four sets through, before moving onto the next, then do the same.
- Hammer curls (as shown)
- Seated dumbell curls
- Preacher curls (at the same time not one arm at a time)
Plyo: two knee tucks with two fast push-ups (that’s one rep); do six
When this circuit is completed 4x move on to tris
- Rope pull-downs
- Dumbbell kickbacks
- Skull crushers
Plyo: triangle push-ups
When this set is completed, do three rounds of Barbell 21s. Go up in weight with each set! Wowza!!!!
