‘Big Booty’ Leg Workout: Shefit #WorkoutWednesday

shefit-workout-big-booty-leg-donkey-kick Special thanks to my own trainer, Omar Henderson of Body By “O”, for helping me to bring you this rocking routine to exercise those legs for a killer booty! You’ll do straight sets, as this is a shorter workout. Aim for 3-4 sets of each move, 20-12 reps each. Increase weight with each set:
  • Heavy squats (pictured, below)
  • Weighted barbell walking lunge
  • Split squats
  • Weighted donkey press (pictured, above)
  • Light-weighted step-ups, with a jump at the top
