Big Booty Workout: #WorkoutWednesday

This is a big booty workout inspired by Omar Henderson from Body by ‘O’: bigbooty1-300x225 bigbooty2-300x225 Do each move for 3 sets at 15-20 reps then move to the next.

Circuit 1:

  • Weighted one leg bridges (as pictured)
  • Hamstring curls
  • Deadlifts

Circuit 2:

  • Step ups with a weighted barbell
  • Squat box hops
  • Split lunges weighted

Circuit 3:

  • Stiff leg deadlifts
  • Heavy barbell squats
  • Reverse lunges
  • Good mornings
