Big Booty #Workout Wednesday
This the big booty workout courtesy of Omar Henderson at body by OH! This is a very hard workout if you are new or beginner- cut all this in half or more. Enjoy and have a bootyful day! 5-10 dynamic stretching - 50 squats (form and flow) - 20 triple reaches (stay tight) Working sets 1. weighted squats 3 straight sets x 20, 20, 10 15 (increase lbs. each set) 30 secs rest between sets 2. weighted stiff leg dead lifts 3 straight sets x 15, 15, 10 (increase lbs. each set) 30 secs rest 3. walking lunges 2 sets x 30 steps, 25 steps per leg - super set with walking lateral grouchos x 30, 25 steps per leg 4. weighted bridges 1 set x 100 - super set with frog glute contractions 1 set x 100 - tri set with pyke glute contractions 1 sets x 100 per leg 5. weighted calf raises 1 set x 200 ENJOY!
