CHEFIT: Broiled Peach Yogurt

CHEFIT: Broiled Peach Yogurt

Peaches are the star of this simple breakfast dish. Broiling your peaches brings out their natural sweetness and creates a delicious creamy texture. Vanilla skyr yogurt is similar to Greek yogurt and high in protein. Finish this dish with a drizzle of honey and your favorite granola for a balanced breakfast.

Jenn Fillenworth, chef and registered dietitian, breaks down this delicious breakfast recipe that is not only nutritious and wholesome, but exceptionally tasty.
