You must be logged in with the same email address at the time of checkout that you used to create your rewards account in order to earn or redeem points on your order.

When you are logged in you will see your reward points total under your order summary as long as you have at least 100 points. You can select from the available rewards in the dropdown menu to apply to your order. 

You may also see your Rewards Wallet. These are discounts you have redeemed previously but have not used yet. You can select from the available rewards in the dropdown menu to apply to your order. 

Points and a promotional code cannot be combined. 

Nope! Once a reward is activated in your account, it's yours to keep.

Beginning January 1, 2027 all Rewards points will expire on a rolling 12-month basis from the date they were earned. Any existing points earned before January 1, 2026 should be redeemed by December 31, 2026.

When you join, you’ll start in Tier 1 (Rose Gold) and receive all its benefits. Spend $175 within a rolling 12-month period to move up to Tier 2 (Gold). Reach $500 in purchases within that same 12-month period to unlock Tier 3 (VIP SHE).

Your tier level is based on your spend over a rolling 12-month period. To maintain your tier, your annual spend must stay within that tier’s qualifying spend threshold.

Tier Level Threshold -

Rose Gold - 0-$174 per year

Gold - $175 - $499 per year

VIP SHE - $500 per year

Yes! Points are typically based on what you pay after discounts, so discounted purchases still earn.
