FAQs
How do I earn points?
You will earn points for purchases. You will receive 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases on the site.
In addition to purchases, you can earn points for taking specific actions on the site. Those actions can be found on this page.
How do I use my points?
You must be logged in with the same email address at the time of checkout that you used to create your rewards account in order to earn or redeem points on your order.
When you are logged in you will see your reward points total under your order summary as long as you have at least 100 points. You can select from the available rewards in the dropdown menu to apply to your order.
You may also see your Rewards Wallet. These are discounts you have redeemed previously but have not used yet. You can select from the available rewards in the dropdown menu to apply to your order.
Points and a promotional code cannot be combined.
Do my points expire?
Points will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.
Does my tier level expire?
No.
What are Tier Levels?
Tier Levels are different membership levels in the loyalty program. By earning points, you can move up tiers and unlock more benefits and rewards.
How do I share my referral link?
Log in into your SHEFIT account and navigate to the 'Refer a Friend' section. You'll find your unique referral link there, ready to share.
