    We are becoming all too familiar with the struggles of finding time workout and take care of her kids around the clock. Every parent is being challenged to juggle much more than they're used to during these unprecedented times and everyone is trying their best to keep the little one entertained while trying to hold a regular routine. 

     

    Our Brand Ambassador, Kristen Louelle is here to help with an at-home mommy & me workout! Exercising is a great way to bond with your child and keep them active at the same time. The exercises are easily doable from the comfort of your living room while keeping an eye on your child or using them as a weight! 

     

    Repeat the following exercises 3-4x (resistance bands optional) which will only take around 15 minutes for a sweaty mommy& me workout. 

     

     

    Step right, side squat x5

    Squat x5

    Side leg raise x5 

    Band back step x 5

     

    Repeat left, side squat x5

    Squat x5

    Side leg raise x5

    Band back step x5 

     

    Jump Squats "around the world" x5 clockwise

    Jump Squats "around the world" x5 counter clockwise 

    Plank ups x5 each side

    Plank & hold for 30 seconds

    Military push ups x10

    Weighted child squats x5

     

    Repeat!
