The sun was shining bright, the day was perfect for shorts and a tank top or, maybe, just a bathing suit. It was on this day Kacie realized something just wasn't right. That very day she went to her local gym and signed up for boot camp. The whole experience changed her life. She made friends and was feeling more motivated then before. After her first experience at MP Fit Club in Mt. Pleasant, MI she was hooked. She did outdoor boot camps the rest of the summer and into the fall. Fitness became part of her life and she’s not looking back. If you ask Kacie if her journey has been hard, she'll be the first to admit that to be true; it's no cake walk when you're working to change your life. She says that cravings around "that time of the month" are super challenging, and morning workouts never get easier; but she will also be the first to say that she has seen the benefits of changing her lifestyle to be the best decision she has ever made.
