Shop Ultimate Sports BraWhich sports bra should I choose for weight training?
Start by comparing Flex for medium support and Emerge, which provides medium support for C+ cups and high support for A–B cups. Consider your exercises and fit preference. If your session includes running or jumping, compare Ultimate as a High Impact option.
What should I check before lifting?
Reach overhead, squat and hinge through an unloaded movement. Check that the band stays level, your bust stays contained and the straps allow comfortable movement without digging in. Adjust the fit before adding weight.
Does a strength circuit need more support than a lifting session?
The movements determine the support you need. A circuit with jumps or running adds High Impact movement even when weights are involved. Compare Ultimate for those sessions and Flex for medium support during weight training.
How do I choose sizes for my bra and bottoms?
Use the current size chart for each product separately. Measure your bust and rib cage for your bra; follow the measurements requested by the leggings or shorts chart for bottoms. Do not assume your bra size determines your bottoms size.
