This is a great bra for strength training as it keeps everything in place, although I’ve even used it for running and jumping with great results. It doesn’t have pads like the Ultimate and only has a single layer, but the front zipper and back cinch system is the same. Highly recommend! I’m a 36D and wear 1Luxe.
