Our shipping team is committed to fast and accurate processing. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order has been placed.
Orders will not ship on the following holidays if the holiday falls on a business day.
All shipping estimates are determined by the carrier selected at checkout. Shipping estimates can change depending on the carrier and environmental conditions such as weather. All shipping timelines reflect order processing times (1-2 business days) and shipping times.
You have 30 days from the purchase date to return your order.
SHEFIT will provide a pre-paid mailing label for exchanges with a shipping address within the USA. Orders being sent back to SHEFIT for a refund will be charged $7 for a return shipping label.
We cannot provide return shipping labels for an APO/FPO address at this time.
Any items listed LAST CHANCE are excluded from our return policy and are final sale items.
