Fit or Sizing Questions

Measuring

Using your bust and rib cage (under bust) measurements are the best way to ensure you are in the right size SHEFIT® bra. We recommend measuring your bust around the fullest part and directly over your nipple line. To measure your rib cage, put the measuring tape tightly under your bust, where your breast meets your rib cage. Make sure that the measuring tape is flat on your body. Do you have a bra that is not X-back or Racer back?

Both the Ultimate Sports Bra and Flex Sports bra can be worn in H-back or X-back style. Your bra will arrive in X-back style. To go to H-back, simply undo the straps and uncross them.

What if my measurements fall into multiple sizes?

SHEFIT sports bras are designed with customizable features. Because of this many women’s measurements fall into two sizes. The best size is often a personal preference. For more coverage choose the larger size, for less coverage and more compression choose the small of the recommended sizes.

Do I wear the same size bra in each style?

We size all our bras with the same sizing standards. You should wear the same size in all 4 styles. However, some women prefer a different fit for each style. The Flex Sports Bra has a V-neckline and the Ultimate Sports Bra has a U-neckline. This can result in less coverage in the Flex than the Ultimate.

Some women who are on the edge of sizing will choose to go up a size in the Flex Sports Bra.

Our Low Impact Sports Bra and our Lounge Bra are made of a
seamless material that fits snug when you first put it on, some women prefer to
size up in these styles, and some enjoy the compression of their same size.

For additional cup space in the Ultimate Sports Bra, Low Impact
Sports Bra and the Lounge Bra, try removing the breast cup inserts before you
go up a whole size.

Why is my Low Impact Sports Bra and Lounge Bra so tight?

These bras are designed to have a reduced number of seams. The seamless design is a very special material and weaving process that creates a tighter feel when you first put it on. The material will settle and loosen a little bit after wear.

What are some signs that my bra doesn’t fit?

Gapping

There shouldn’t be any gapping in your bra. It should fit your body snug and move with you as you move.
Your rib band should lay completely flat against your body, without any breast tissue under the rib band.
The cups should be full and snug, there should be no slack in material when you move. If you have space in your cups you will bounce or sway.

Arm Pit Skin

THIS IS NORMAL! Everyone has that little bit of arm skin that is commonly called “Boob Fat”, your bra should not go all the way up into your armpit. If your bra is in your armpit, you could chafe and rub your arms and get sores.

Need More Cup Space?

The Ultimate Sports Bra, Lounge Bra and Low Impact Sports Bra all feature removable cups. These removable cups can give you extra cup space when your bra fits perfect everywhere else, but you just need a little more cup space to reduce minor budging. Try removing the breast cup inserts before you go up a whole size in these bras.

Can I use my traditional bra size to find my SHEFIT bra size?

You can use your traditional bra size to find your SHEFIT size. However, did you know 80% of women are in the incorrect traditional bra size? This is why using your bust and rib cage measurements in inches and following our size chart is the best way to find your SHEFIT size.

Virtual Fitting

Why should I book a virtual fitting?

A perfectly fitting bra changes the game. Whether it’s your first time trying SHEFIT, your body has changed, you have questions about your size, or you’re ordering a new style, we want to make sure you have the fit and support you deserve.

I already have a SHEFIT bra. Can I still do a fitting?

Of course. Your Fit Expert can address any concerns you have with your current SHEFIT bra and help you make adjustments. 90% of virtual fittings end with customers keeping their existing SHEFIT size.

How long does the virtual fitting last?

Each session is scheduled for 15 minutes, but could take more or less time depending on your questions.

Who do I meet with during my virtual fitting?

You'll be matched with one of our dedicated Fit Experts. They’ve completed hours of rigorous training and helped thousands of women find the best size and style for their bodies and activity levels.

What do I need for my fitting?

Bring a fabric tape measure and wear an everyday T-shirt bra with no padding, push-up or minimizing features. If you have your SHEFIT bra and need adjustment suggestions, make sure to be wearing it. No tape measure? No problem. Your Fit Expert can still guide you to the perfect size.

Do I have to use my camera/video?

It’s not a requirement, but it does help your Fit Expert make sure you’re accurately measuring and getting the best fit. She’ll be happy to talk you through the process if you feel more comfortable.

How much does the fitting cost?

Virtual fittings are free for a limited time. Typically, they’re valued at $10.

Are there other ways to find my fit?

How do I earn crowns?

You will earn crowns for purchases, you will receive 1 crown for every $1 spent on eligible purchases on the site.

In addition to purchases, you can earn crowns for taking specific actions on the site. Those actions can be found on the rewards page .

How do I use my crowns?

You must be logged in with the same email address at the time of checkout that you used to create your rewards account in order to earn or redeem crowns on your order.

Do my crowns expire?

Crowns are valid for one year from your program “anniversary date”. This is the date you enrolled in the Program and occurs on a 12-month cycle. On your anniversary date each year, your Crowns reset to zero if no activity has been made within the previous 12-month cycle.

Does my Tier Level expire?

In order to maintain your tier level, you must meet the minimum purchase threshold for that tier each year to maintain your status.

What are the Tier Levels?

When you join, you’ll automatically be placed in Tier 1 (Rose Gold) and be eligible for all the Benefits Tier 1 members receive. Once you make purchases that cumulative total up to at least $99 within a 12 month period, you’ll be automatically moved up to Tier 2 (Gold). If you make purchases that cumulative total up to at least $500 with a 12 month period, you’ll be automatically moved up to Tier 3 (VIP SHE).

Other Questions

Do you have a nursing bra?

Our Ultimate Sports Bra, Flex Sports Bra, and Low Impact Sports Bra all feature adjustable straps and locking zipper heads. Because of these features, many women choose one of these bras as their nursing bra of choice.

Remove one of the straps and use it to hold up your shirt by looping the strap around your shirt and re-attaching it through your neck hole. Watch this video for a visual explanation: Nursing

1. SWEEPSTAKES DATES AND TIMES: The “SHEFIT Free Bra Friday” (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 24st, 2022 and currently has no end date (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The giveaway will repeat every week.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to individual legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in his or her state of residence if greater than 18) on date of entry. Employees of SHEFIT and THE SPORTS BRA PROJECT or “Sponsor”) and employees’ immediate family members (parents, spouses, siblings, children, and grandparents, regardless of where they reside), and members of the same household (whether legally related or not), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or to win. Parties that are under any obligation, contractual or otherwise, that would limit or impair Sponsor’s ability to use the Entry as set forth in these Official Rules, and parties that are under a merchandising or similar agreement that would restrict exploitation of any right related to the Entry, are also not eligible to enter or to win. Sweepstakes void where restricted or prohibited. By entering, you represent that you have read these Official Rules and agree to abide by and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules.

3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must have an account on Instagram and/or Facebook and be a registered user at time of entry until the time that @SHEFIT notifies the potential Winner.

During the Sweepstakes Period, follow @SHEFIT, on Instagram and/or Facebook, depending on how you are entering. Post a photo in a SHEFIT bra and tag @SHEFIT. Your post must be public and able to be viewed by SHEFIT (the “Entry”) post in private groups do not qulaify. Winners must respond to the DM/PM within 48 hours of being notified they are the winner to collect their prize.

Multiple entries allowed. All Entries must also comply with the Entry Requirements set forth in Rule #4 below in order to be eligible and the Instagram Terms of Use. Entries not submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. For the purposes of these Official Rules, receipt of Entry occurs when the Instagram servers successfully receive the comment. Sponsor shall not bear any responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected Entries. All Entries become the property of Sponsor.

4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you warrant that your Entry:

(a) does not contain any use of names, likenesses, photographs, or other identifying elements, in whole or in part, of any person, living or dead, without permission (proof of which must be provided to Sponsor upon request in a form satisfactory to Sponsor);

(c) does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, logos, copyrighted material not owned by you (other than Sponsor-related materials), contract and licensing rights, rights of publicity or privacy, moral rights, and any other intellectual property rights;

(d) is not subject to any third party agreements, and that Sponsor will not be required to pay or incur any sums to any person or entity as a result of its ownership, acquisition, use, or exploitation of the Entry or rights therein;

(e) does not contain hateful content of any kind (including without limitation racism, sexism, etc.), content which promotes violence or harm to another living creature, or any other offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content, the determination of which shall remain in the sole discretion of Sponsor;

(f) does not promote any activity that may appear unsafe or dangerous; and

(g) does not contain reference to any political agenda or party.

You indemnify Sponsor from and against any cause of action, complaints, or other claims arising out of the breach of any of the foregoing warranties.

Each Entry may only be submitted by a single Instagram registered user. Multiple entrants are not allowed to share the same Instagram registered username. By entering the Sweepstakes, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions in writing from any person (or parent/legal guardian if person is a minor) or whose name may appear in the Entry. If, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, you have breached a representation or warranty contained herein, the Entry will be subject to disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, it considers an Entry inappropriate in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to not award the Prize in the event it does not receive any eligible Entries. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.

5. DRAWING: One (1) winner (“Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing on February 5th from among all eligible Entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Designation as the Winner is subject to the potential Winner’s proof of compliance with these Official Rules, continued compliance with these Official Rules, and approval by Sponsor. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, including interpretation and application of these Official Rules.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: One (1) Winner will be notified by @SHEFIT via Instagram and/or Facebook, depending on how you enter.

The potential Winner will be required to follow the instructions provided by Sponsor and respond via email to the provided email address within the time frame specified. The potential Winner may be required to sign and properly execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (where legal) (collectively, the “Release”) and return the Release via email (and subsequently by mail) to Sponsor within the time frame specified. The potential Winner may also be required to perform additional clearance requests at Sponsor’s discretion. Upon receipt and confirmation of documentation, the potential Winner will be named a “Winner”. If the potential Winner fails to properly execute and return all information and/or documents described herein in the time specified by Sponsor, or if the potential Winner declines to accept the Prize, or if the potential Winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential Winner may be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected (subject to all verification and eligibility requirements of these Official Rules) even if the disqualified potential Winner’s name, Instagram username, or Entry may have already been shown or announced online.

In addition, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any potential Winner at any time, in its sole discretion, on the basis of anything contained in, or learned or obtained as a result of, the submitted Release or any other forms requested by Sponsor that, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, would constitute a breach of these Official Rules or any such forms, inclusive of any proof of permission that Sponsor may request in its sole discretion.

7. PRIZES: One (1) person will be selected to receive 1 SHEFIT Sports Bra.Prize is non-transferable; no substitutions allowed, except at the discretion of Sponsor. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Neither Sponsor nor any of its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, nor any of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and employees, nor Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or any Internet access providers (collectively “Releasees”) are responsible for: incorrect or inaccurate entry of Entry information; human error; technical malfunction; lost/delayed data transmission; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; failure of any telephone, computer, or other network or of any computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof; inability to access Instagram; late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrect or incomplete Entries; or any other problems or errors related to the Sweepstakes.
