Using your bust and rib cage (under bust) measurements are the best way to ensure you are in the right size SHEFIT® bra. We recommend measuring your bust around the fullest part and directly over your nipple line. To measure your rib cage, put the measuring tape tightly under your bust, where your breast meets your rib cage. Make sure that the measuring tape is flat on your body. Here is a video to help explain how to measure. CLICK HERE    

Both the Ultimate Sports Bra and Flex Sports bra can be worn in H-back or X-back style. Your bra will arrive in X-back style. To go to H-back, simply undo the straps and uncross them.

SHEFIT sports bras are designed with customizable features. Because of this many women’s measurements fall into two sizes. The best size is often a personal preference. For more coverage choose the larger size, for less coverage and more compression choose the small of the recommended sizes. 

We size all our bras with the same sizing standards. You should wear the same size in all 4 styles. However, some women prefer a different fit for each style. The Flex Sports Bra has a V-neckline and the Ultimate Sports Bra has a U-neckline. This can result in less coverage in the Flex than the Ultimate. 

Some women who are on the edge of sizing will choose to go up a size in the Flex Sports Bra. 

Our Low Impact Sports Bra and our Lounge Bra are made of a
seamless material that fits snug when you first put it on, some women prefer to
size up in these styles, and some enjoy the compression of their same size.   

For additional cup space in the Ultimate Sports Bra, Low Impact
Sports Bra and the Lounge Bra, try removing the breast cup inserts before you
go up a whole size.   

These bras are designed to have a reduced number of seams. The seamless design is a very special material and weaving process that creates a tighter feel when you first put it on. The material will settle and loosen a little bit after wear.  

Gapping 

  • There shouldn’t be any gapping in your bra. It should fit your body snug and move with you as you move. 
  • Your rib band should lay completely flat against your body, without any breast tissue under the rib band. 
  • The cups should be full and snug, there should be no slack in material when you move. If you have space in your cups you will bounce or sway. 

Arm Pit Skin 

THIS IS NORMAL! Everyone has that little bit of arm skin that is commonly called “Boob Fat”, your bra should not go all the way up into your armpit. If your bra is in your armpit, you could chafe and rub your arms and get sores. 

Need More Cup Space?

The Ultimate Sports Bra, Lounge Bra and Low Impact Sports Bra all feature removable cups. These removable cups can give you extra cup space when your bra fits perfect everywhere else, but you just need a little more cup space to reduce minor budging. Try removing the breast cup inserts before you go up a whole size in these bras. 

You can use your traditional bra size to find your SHEFIT size. However, did you know 80% of women are in the incorrect traditional bra size? This is why using your bust and rib cage measurements in inches and following our size chart is the best way to find your SHEFIT size.

Of course. Your Fit Expert can address any concerns you have with your current SHEFIT bra and help you make adjustments. 90% of virtual fittings end with customers keeping their existing SHEFIT size. 

 

 

Each session is scheduled for 15 minutes, but could take more or less time depending on your questions.

Bring a fabric tape measure and wear an everyday T-shirt bra with no padding, push-up or minimizing features. If you have your SHEFIT bra and need adjustment suggestions, make sure to be wearing it. No tape measure? No problem. Your Fit Expert can still guide you to the perfect size.

It’s not a requirement, but it does help your Fit Expert make sure you’re accurately measuring and getting the best fit. She’ll be happy to talk you through the process if you feel more comfortable.

Virtual fittings are free for a limited time. Typically, they’re valued at $10.

You have 30 days from the purchase date to return your order. SHEFIT will provide a pre-paid mailing label for returns with a shipping address within the USA. We are unable to provide return shipping labels for an APO/FPO address at this time. Any items listed LAST CHANCE are excluded from our return policy and are final sale items. Please note, only our Bras come with the Game Changer Promise that allows you to wear them and if you are not satisfied return them with no questions asked, as long as you are within 30 days. You will not be refunded for shipping or green shipping protection cost. 

Initiate your return at SHEFIT Returns. You will need your order number and the shipping zip code to create a return.   

Your order number can be found on your packing slip or in your order confirmation email. 

If your order was already exchanged once, you will have a prefix of EXC- on your order number. 

Any order placed between October 24, 2022, and December 24, 2022, will be eligible for a return until January 31, 2023.

Our Bras are designed to change the game. We’re committed to providing one that fits and supports you in ways you never imagined. Try it on. Take it for a test run. Sweat in it. If it doesn’t work for you, it can be returned or exchanged for a new size within 30 days of the purchase date. No questions asked.

Our SHEFIT® apparel can be returned for a full refund or exchange if the tag is still attached and has not been worn. We require all apparel to be clean and in new condition.  

Items received with tags removed or that are not in new condition (i.e. pet hair, odor, stains) will be subject to a $25 fee or are subject to being sent back to you.  

 SHEFIT® accessories can be returned if they are in new condition and the packaging is intact.   

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your SHEFIT® free of charge for orders with shipping addresses within the USA.

International orders can submit a return but will have to pay for the return mailing label and can only process a return for refund at this time.

You can make one exchange per item. If you are still not satisfied, please contact support for assistance. Or you can return the item for a refund and repurchase.

No. Shipping and Green Shipping Protection will not be refunded if you choose to return your product for a refund. 

Our return labels are all USPS prepaid mailing labels. We recommend dropping your return package off at a USPS facility and asking for a receipt for proof and tracking information. 

Your exchange order will ship once your item(s) have been received at SHEFIT and processed. We process returns within 2 business days. 

Once your return has been received to the facility, it can take 1-2 business day to be processed. Once processed, it can take 3-5 business days for your bank to release those funds back to your account.

If you used AFTERPAY or KLARNA your refund will be handled with them. 

SHEFIT will refund to the original payment method used, if you used Klarna or Afterpay they will be refunded and those vendors will then issue the bank attached to your account a refund.

SHEFIT Gift Cards are final sale, and no refund can be issued once a gift card is purchased. 

If you placed your order with the incorrect shipping address please contact support@shefit.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed the shipping address can be corrected. If the order has been processed we may not be able to update the shipping address. You will receive a shipping notification email when your order has been processed. This is typically 1-2 business days after the order was placed. 

If you enter the incorrect shipping address at checkout and do not contact support@shefit.com before the order is processed your shipping insurance is void and will not cover your order

Our shipping team is committed to fast and accurate processing. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order has been placed.

We have been provided with holiday deadlines as suggestions from our carriers. SHEFIT® cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in these timelines, these are only suggested times. The last day for your order to be placed for a December 24 delivery date can be found by the carrier below.

When your order is processed it will be assigned a tracking number. Tracking information will be updated by the carrier once they are in possession of your order, this can take up to 12 hours to update. You will receive a shipping notification when your order has been processed.

Free shipping promotions will only apply to US domestic orders.

International shipping fees are calculated at the time of checkout and are dependent on your shipping address.

Yes, some countries will charge additional duties, taxes or fees once your package arrives in customs. We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package. 

If you notice that your package is marked as Return to Sender by the carrier, please contact our Support Team at support@shefit.com with the subject line Return to Sender include your order number and confirm your complete shipping address. 

Our shipping team takes pride in packing the correct item(s) in every order. However, if a mistake is made, we want to make it right.  

Please send our support team an email at support@shefit.com with a photo of each item(s) tag as well as the packing slip. We will get a new order out to you as soon as possible and include a pre-paid return package for the miss-shipped item(s).  

Orders that have been marked by the carrier as delivered but cannot be located could be considered missing after 5 days of being marked as delivered.  

If you purchased Green Shipping Protection, claims for orders marked as delivered must be filed within 15 days of the order being marked as delivered with Corso Green Shipping Protection.

International orders that have not had any tracking activity in 20 days could be considered missing.

Cold water, gentle detergent and air drying is always the best bet for active gear. 

Using a laundry bag keeps your items from rubbing on each other.

Bright colors and Neon colors often run, your best bet is to wash them separately, or by hand.  

 

Use a mild detergent. Harsh detergents can damage your fabric and color.  

 

Avoid using fabric softener. 

No. It is best if you leave your bra zipped up and all the straps left to your custom settings. Turn it inside out and put it inside a laundry bag.  

We would not recommend that. We suggest using a mild detergent. The harsher the detergent the more it will reduce the life span of your bra. 

NO! Please do not use fabric softener on your SHEFIT® gear. This will ruin the moisture wicking finish properties of your gear.   

No, you don’t have to handwash. The industry states that for apparel garments, the washing process is what breaks down the garment the most. The more you wash, and the more aggressive you wash, the faster your garment will break down. Therefore, machine washing is safe. We test our products to withstand up to 25 machine washes.

You do not have to remove the pad to wash your SHEFIT® sports bra. If you leave your bra zipped and turn it inside out, fold it in half and place in the laundry bag the pads should stay in place. 

Yes, or you could ruin your gear. The laundry bag prevents your SHEFIT gear from getting twisted and tangled with other items.   

 This is a personal preference and dependent on your body.
Some body chemistry creates a very alkaline sweat and in these cases the sweat
can damage the zipper. Washing your Sports bra after every use will keep you
and your Bra smelling fresh.   

Yes, you can remove the liner of your gym bag and place it in a laundry bag and wash on gentle cycle in your washer. The outer shell of the gym bag can be spot cleaned with a cloth, a little soap and water. 

We believe in producing a quality product that will not fail you while in use. However, no matter how hard you push yourself, wearing your garment is not the harshest activity on your SHEFIT®. Washing your SHEFIT® bra is what affects garments the most. That is why at SHEFIT® we build and test our bras to withstand 25 washes. Compared to other leading brands that only build bra to last for 10 washes, and the majority of brands that only build to last 5 washes.  

Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

You can return or exchange your order that you purchased with Afterpay the same way as any other order at returns.shefit.com . If you choose to opt for a refund, SHEFIT will send the funds back to Afterpay and they will reimburse you for what you have paid to them and clear any remaining payments you owe them.

Crowns are valid for one year from your program “anniversary date”. This is the date you enrolled in the Program and occurs on a 12-month cycle. On your anniversary date each year, your Crowns reset to zero if no activity has been made within the previous 12-month cycle.

 1. SWEEPSTAKES DATES AND TIMES: The “SHEFIT Free Bra Friday” (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 24st, 2022 and currently has no end date (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The giveaway will repeat every week.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to individual legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in his or her state of residence if greater than 18) on date of entry. Employees of SHEFIT and THE SPORTS BRA PROJECT or “Sponsor”) and employees’ immediate family members (parents, spouses, siblings, children, and grandparents, regardless of where they reside), and members of the same household (whether legally related or not), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or to win. Multiple entries allowed. All Entries must also comply with the Entry Requirements set forth in Rule #4 below in order to be eligible and the Instagram Terms of Use. Entries not submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. For the purposes of these Official Rules, receipt of Entry occurs when the Instagram servers successfully receive the comment. 4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you warrant that your Entry:

You indemnify Sponsor from and against any cause of action, complaints, or other claims arising out of the breach of any of the foregoing warranties.

Each Entry may only be submitted by a single Instagram registered user. Multiple entrants are not allowed to share the same Instagram registered username. By entering the Sweepstakes, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions in writing from any person (or parent/legal guardian if person is a minor) or whose name may appear in the Entry. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, including interpretation and application of these Official Rules. 

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION:  One (1) Winner will be notified by @SHEFIT via Instagram and/or Facebook, depending on how you enter.

The potential Winner will be required to follow the instructions provided by Sponsor and respond via email to the provided email address within the time frame specified. The potential Winner may be required to sign and properly execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (where legal) (collectively, the “Release”) and return the Release via email (and subsequently by mail) to Sponsor within the time frame specified. The potential Winner may also be required to perform additional clearance requests at Sponsor’s discretion. Upon receipt and confirmation of documentation, the potential Winner will be named a “Winner”. If the potential Winner fails to properly execute and return all information and/or documents described herein in the time specified by Sponsor, or if the potential Winner declines to accept the Prize, or if the potential Winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential Winner may be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected (subject to all verification and eligibility requirements of these Official Rules) even if the disqualified potential Winner’s name, Instagram username, or Entry may have already been shown or announced online.

The potential Winner may be required to sign and properly execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (where legal) (collectively, the “Release”) and return the Release via email (and subsequently by mail) to Sponsor within the time frame specified. The potential Winner may also be required to perform additional clearance requests at Sponsor’s discretion. The charge you're seeing is a "pending" authorization. We do not charge you when you place an order, but we do place an authorization on your card for the total amount of your order. It is just like a hold that hotels or restaurants use. The way the authorization displays on your statement varies by bank. Typically, authorizations are labeled as "pending" OR they will not have a date associated with the charge, indicating that the charge has not yet posted. 

Different card providers have a limit for how long a hold can be valid. MasterCard, Visa, and American Express have partnerships with TryNow that enable a single authorization for 30 days. Discover card shoppers have a limit of 5 days. For Discover shoppers, TryNow refreshes authorizations every 5 days by cancelling the original authorization and replacing with a new one. This ensures that we’re able to charge your card for kept items at the end of the trial. We only hold one authorization at a time, but it may take 24-48 hours for the expired authorizations to drop off your statement. 

TryNow will charge and close your order several days after your trial ends--it just depends on how long it takes for your return to be processed in our warehouse. At that point, the authorization will drop, and you'll be charged for the items you kept. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 24-48 hours for your statement to update. 

If you returned everything, you won't see a refund because you were never charged. When you check out with TryNow, we place a pending authorization on your card to reserve funds in the event that you keep all items.
