Since this is a high-impact workout, make sure you got the Ultimate Sports Bra on for maximum support! Work on your core and cardio for as many rounds as possible. Challenge yourself to do an extra round or half a round more than last time!

Circuit 1:
15 Tricep Push-Ups
12 "Y" Press
20 Squat Jacks
Circuit 2:
20 Glute Bridge
20 Prisoner Squats
15 Tricep Push-Ups w/ Hand-Release
Circuit 3:
15 Squat w/ Upright Row
40 Seal Jacks
