    Grab your Swole Mate, and let's sweat!

    This is another partner workout, but if you don't have a partner, just complete each circuit on your own! This high-intensity exercise will leave you breathless, so rest for 10 seconds after each move and a full 60 seconds after each circuit. Try to do one more round than last time - a little sweat can go a long way!

     

     

    Circuit 1:
    Athlete 1 - Sit-Up & Curl
    Athlete 2 - Squat W/ Overhead Press
    Athlete 1 - Squat Jack
    Athlete 2 - Plank Twists
    Athlete 1 - Skaters
    Athlete 2 - Reverse Lunge

    Athlete 1 - Reverse Lunge & Curl
    Athlete 2 - Gate Swing
    Athlete 1  - Medball Burpee
    Athlete 2 - Jackknife
    Athlete 1  - Rock N' Roll Abs
    Athlete 2 - Mountain Climbers

    Athlete 1 - Split Squat
    Athlete 2 - Plank W/ Reach
    Athlete 1 - Thrusters
    Athlete 2 - Step-Ups
    Athlete 1 - Sprinter Sit-Ups
