REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES PROCESS
Once you've clicked the button above and followed the instructions, an email will be sent to you with additional return information and instructions on how to complete the return process for refund or exchange. SHEFIT orders placed from 3pm EST on 11/21/18 through 3am EST 11/27/18 are not eligible for refund. Only eligible for in store credit or exchange.

Free Returns + exchanges are for domestic customers only. International customers are excluded from free returns + free exchanges and may be subject to additional customs fees.
Returns for refund or exchange are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If we made a mistake and the wrong item was shipped, or if the merchandise you received is defective, please phone SHEFIT Support at 616.209.7003.
Please Note: damaged or defective merchandise is subject to inspection.
When exchanging merchandise, after your product is received by our facilities, SHEFIT will pay the one-way shipping costs of sending your replacement item back to you.
