OUR RETURN POLICY
Returns for refund or exchange are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date.
If you're returning an item for refund or exchange, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
We're sorry but all shipping fees are not refundable.
If we made a mistake and the wrong item was shipped, or if the merchandise you received is defective, please phone Shefit Support: 616-209-7003. Note: damaged or defective merchandise is subject to inspection.
When exchanging merchandise, after your product is received by our facilities, Shefit will pay the one-way shipping costs of sending your replacement item back to you.
