The sun was shining bright, the day was perfect for shorts and a tank top or, maybe, just a bathing suit. It was on this day Kacie realized something just wasn't right. Her clothes weren't fitting like they used to, she felt sluggish all the time, and her patience had run low with her family. She was over it; she was over living a mediocre life. She wanted a change. She was ready to shake off many unhealthy habits and start being a positive example for her kids. She stared at herself in the mirror and asked, "Kacie, are you ready to change your life?"

Are You Ready to Change Your Life?

That very day she went to her local gym and signed up for boot camp. The whole experience changed her life. She made friends and was feeling more motivated then before. After her first experience at MP Fit Club in Mt. Pleasant, MI she was hooked. She did outdoor boot camps the rest of the summer and into the fall. Fitness became part of her life and she’s not looking back. If you ask Kacie if her journey has been hard, she'll be the first to admit that to be true; it's no cake walk when you're working to change your life. She says that cravings around "that time of the month" are super challenging, and morning workouts never get easier; but she will also be the first to say that she has seen the benefits of changing her lifestyle to be the best decision she has ever made.

The Journey is Just a Series of Milestones

Kacie knows it can be daunting to think about all the steps involved in making a change to your life; but, when you set small goals and take it one step at a time, you will succeed at your journey. Kacie completed her first half marathon this fall and is reaching milestones she never thought she could do. Earlier this year, while preparing for her half marathon, Kacie purchased her first Shefit high impact sports bra. This one purchase changed her opinion about bras - they are not just an article of clothing, they are an essential piece of equipment that provides support while making activities comfortable.

An Essential Piece of Equipment

When asked about her equipment, she was so happy - a smile came across her face - Kacie said, “I don’t have big boobs, but my back would hurt some days after working out." She added, Shefit is "by far the most comfortable bra I've ever owned. It supported me and held me tight. It felt freeing, without the bounce.”  Kacie loves that her chest is one less thing she needs to worry about in the gym.  She gets work done and receives the support she needs from Shefit. If you are ready to change your life, Shefit wants to support you, too!
